VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:​

Volunteers are needed for many aspects of the boys soccer program each year.  In addition to signing up for concession shifts and/or team dinners, many lead roles are open.  Please consider helping out in one or more of the following areas.
  • ​Team Dinners - We love to have families volunteer to provide food and drink for your player's entire team.  It's a great way to get to know the boys and it encourages team building off the field.
  • ​Photographers: This is a BIG one! We need a number of photographers at all levels to take pictures at any and all games (the more the better), and you certainly don't need to be a pro!  We use the pictures for a number of things throughout the season and at the end of season banquet.  Ideally we will get 1-2 pictures of each player at every game and the scoreboard at the end. The website manager will communicate how to share your pictures to get them onto the website.
  • Senior Night: This is an event that requires an early start, as personalized gifts should be ordered for the seniors early to ensure they're ready for the night selected. This person will choose and order the gifts, get senior posters made, balloons for the evening and deliver the gifts to the field. It is also important to make sure that a photographer is available for senior night.
  • End of Season Banquet: This is a big event that requires a lot of help, and requires an early start to reserve the space, secure a caterer and create a volunteer signup for help on the night of.  Someone also needs to take responsibility for registering guests and collecting money.
